I am an experienced baker creating bespoke cakes for every occasion. I am trained in the fine art of sugar craft. I am based in the Bristol Area, but my cakes are well travelled and have been enjoyed as far as Scotland, London and Austria.

I can make many different flavours of both cake and filling, including matured fruit cakes and decadent chocolate mud cake. All of my cakes are made with the finest ingredients including the freshest eggs from my own free range chickens. I craft detailed sugar flowers, and personalised model cake toppers, tiered wedding cakes and carved 3D shapes.
