Rachel Brown is the owner of Berkshire’s largest independent specialist cake decorating business, which celebrates its 26th year in 2012. She also is the Creative Director of the Berkshire Cake Decorating Academy, a course created to inspire and teach people in the art of cake-making.

She has published books on cake decorating styles and technique which are now in several languages.
