Bedrooms 3 and 4 have interlinking ensuite wet-room.
All bedrooms have wall-mounted Televisions and spacious storage facilities.
All bathrooms/ensuites are level access wet-rooms. The fully accessible bathroom is equipped with bath, level access shower, raised toilet with drop-down support arm and grab rail, all of which can be accessed by the ceiling hoist if required.

The house is accessed by a level, tarmac driveway with ample car-parking space and there are ramps to the front and side entrances.
There is a paved BBQ area to the rear with ourdoor dining table and chairs.
