This family run business aims to give you home from home comfort, whilst providing you with the opportunity to meet our sheep, lambs, pigs and chickens up close.

Accommodation includes your own private garden with log burner and wood supply

Views open countryside and the nearby Ragley Estate the family home of the Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford. Relax by the log burner with your supply of logs watching the sun disappear over the Malvern Hills.

Sample some of our home made wine, help bottle feed the lambs in spring time collect fresh eggs for breakfast.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I was fortunate to be able to buy the original unconverted barn from my mum who owns the surrounding farm land. It is really tranquil and quiet we are set back off the main road by two fields so we are easy to find but away from busy traffic. We are only 10ish minutes (depends who is driving) from Stratford upon Avon and about 25 from the centre of Birmingham. You can see the deer from the Ragley estate grazing on the hill. We are in the heart of the midlands and people constantly comment that they have not had enough time to see all that they wanted to. Its a great place to come and relax and unwind.
